Program Description
Exodus Manufacturing LLC provides conversational SMS and MMS messaging for customer-initiated inquiries, quotation requests, project photographs and information, scheduling, order updates, and customer support.
Consent to Receive Messages
Customers may consent to messaging by initiating a text message to Exodus Manufacturing LLC, requesting text-message communication verbally or in writing, or submitting a website form containing the applicable SMS consent language.
By initiating or consenting to SMS or MMS communication, you authorize Exodus Manufacturing LLC to respond at the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry, quotation, project, order, or customer-support request.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS or MMS messaging at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will receive no additional text messages unless you initiate another conversation or otherwise provide consent again.
